Ohio University Employees: Fall in love with eating again by practicing mindful eating! In this information session, Louise Cruz RDN, LD will introduce you to the basic concepts of mindful eating. You will leave this session with some simple techniques you can use to reduce the stress around food choices. At the end of the session, you will learn about our new Mindful Eating Program slated to start in March. This intensive program will support you in your journey to end your relationship with diet culture and love food again. Ready to toss the restriction, punishment, and guilt around food? Great! Come and see if this program is a good fit for you. In an effort to accommodate various schedules, this free session will be offered twice ( Feb 15 at 12pm and Feb 16 at 5:30pm).
