About this Event
The 2021 Applied Positive Pedagogy for Sport Coaching Virtual Symposium aims to provide researchers and coaching practitioners with insight into the framework of ideas, concepts, and pedagogical features of Positive Pedagogy (PPed) for Sport Coaching.
After a brief overview session from PPed originator Professor Richard Light and co-author Dr. Stephen Harvey from Ohio University, the symposium features a series of short, reflective case study presentations from an international group of sport coaching practitioners who have utilized PPed within their local coaching contexts. The symposium will conclude with a question-and-answer session facilitated by one of the Ohio University Coaching Education faculty.
This special event is free and open to the public but registration is required.
