This event is scheduled for 7 to 9 p.m. and will b e canceled if the sky is cloudy or stormy. Telescope nights are free and op en to the public.\n\n \n\nVisitors may see lunar craters\, Saturn’s rings\, Jupiter\, Mars\, star clusters\, or distant galaxies\, depending on the ti me of year and sky conditions.\n\n \n\nPublic Telescope Nights are held at the Ohio University Observatory\, located at The Ridges on the Athens campu s.\n\n\n\nParking is available in university lots 202\, 200\, and 201\, whi ch are open to visitors after 5 p.m. on weekdays and on weekends. These lot s are located near The Ridges Auditorium.\n\n \n\nParking is available in u niversity lots 202\, 200\, and 201\, which are open to visitors after 5 p.m . on weekdays and on weekends. A permit is required 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.\, Mond ay through Friday. The lots are open to public all other times\, unless res erved for a special event. These lots are located near The Ridges Auditoriu m.
