This one-hour virtual lunch and learn encourages employees and department leaders to rethink, retool and enhance teamwork in remote settings from a number of perspectives. Participants will be encouraged to think critically and creatively about the impact of remote work on workplace inclusion, the numerous channels for communication and the unique opportunity to reestablish team dynamics and expectations for the benefit of all employees.
