Learn the foundations of Charcuterie Art in this Christmas-themed workshop taught by Anni McDonald, of Sweet William Blossom. Each guest will have their own personal Santa Hat bamboo board (11.81"L x 10.63"W x 0.79"H) to design using an exquisite selection of local and artisanal cheese, meat, fruit, nuts and more flavors of the holiday season.

Community Education workshops are open to the general public regardless of educational background.

Community Education workshops are non-credit and do not carry credit applicable toward an Ohio University degree or transfer to other institutions.
