Tour of WitmerLab” at 5 p.m. on Monday\, Oct. 5.\n\nIn their Science Café\
, originating directly from the lab\, Witmer and several of his graduate an
d undergraduate students will give a tour of the lab and the various projec

to a vast collection of dinosaur skulls\, modern-day skeletons\, and freeze

itmer is Professor of Anatomy and Chang Professor of Paleontology in the He
ritage College of Osteopathic Medicine.\n\n“In some fundamental sense\,” Wi
tmer said\, “our mission is to flesh out the past—almost literally!” Combin
ing paleontology\, biology\, and advanced imaging such as CT scanning\, Wit
mer and his team have published extensively on dinosaur anatomy\, physiolog
y\, function and behavior\, exploring how smart dinosaurs were\, how they c

es\, among other questions.\n\nWitmerLab has a major presence on social med
ia\, including Twitter\, Facebook\, Instagram\, YouTube\, and Sketchfab. Th
ey have hosted two video series\, “Dissecting with Emily” (with a former HT
C undergrad) and their current “Random Acts of Anatomy” series.\n\nWitmerLa
