Or, you may already have pretty penmanship but desire to ‘up your game’ so you can confidently hand-letter a custom script for gifts, events, décor, or other cherished items that can be proudly circulated and displayed.

The art of ‘modern calligraphy’ is more accessible than it looks, and I’m here to help beginners learn the simple tools, strokes, and styles that can turn handwritten words into visual art. This workshop will cover the basic tips and tricks of crafting lovely letters and words using everyday tools and techniques at your disposal – no fancy fountain pens, messy ink wells, or gothic lettering knowledge needed.
