It's all about the Irish! In this class, we will take a closer look at the history of Irish whiskey. You will taste 3 different varieties and we will discuss them as a class.  We will then learn a little more about the holiday itself, traditional Irish forms of celebration, and of course a themed cocktail. *Must be at least 21 years old to register and attend.
