The STEM+ for All Teaching Fellowship equips career changers from all backgrounds to move into the field of education as licensed intervention specialist teachers. Join the program coordinators Dr. Ryan Pigman and Dr. Julie Maynard to get an overview of the program for a lunchtime session and get your questions answered face to face (virtually).

Participants can obtain an online Master's Degree in Education (MEd) with Ohio licensure as an Intervention Specialist in one of three different majors:

  • Mild to Moderate Educational Needs
  • Moderate to Intensive Educational Needs
  • Early Childhood Intervention Specialist

No GRE is required and no education background is required either.

The STEM+ for All Teaching Fellowship is a partnership between Ohio University and the Educational Service Center of Central Ohio (ESCCO). For that reason, participants are required to teach for a minimum of three years in the Columbus, Ohio vicinity.
