This 2-part workshop will introduce what constitutes a viable, useful and successful business plan. This course is geared towards small businesses and non-profit organizations looking to launch or expand during times of economic, environmental, social and political change. This fast-paced course will give participants the confidence to navigate building a business plan and being able to effectively think and react to the assured changes in the business environment. At the end of the course, the participant will have outlined a basic business plan that can be further developed to seek funding and flesh out a full operational plan.
