In celebration of Women’s History Month, Ohio University Southern proudly presents the Trailblazing Women in Appalachia panel discussion. This enriching event features a panel of distinguished women who will share their unique experiences and insights. The discussion will highlight the challenges and triumphs faced by women in Appalachia, emphasizing their vital contributions to the region's cultural, social, political, and economic fabric. This year's panel will feature local women in business, showcasing their entrepreneurial spirit and the impact they have on the local economy.
