By working in small groups and assessing personal values\, participants delve into the gray areas of ethical leadership. Part icipants will learn the power of values in decision making and the ethics t hat drive multidimensional communities through facilitated discussion and i nteractive group activities. \n\n \n\nThis workshop is part of the CLDC's 21st Century Leadership Program . To complete this program\, students are c hallenged to complete the three leadership development workshops listed bel ow\, in addition to one or more 30-minute leadership coaching sessions. Stu dents can schedule leadership coaching through Handshake. The 21st Century Leadership Program is free and does not require workshop registration.
