The Optional Practical Training (OPT) workshop provides an introduction to the OPT program and provides information on how to apply. Attendance is mandatory before applying for OPT. The OPT process takes between 3 and 4 months, so be sure to plan accordingly. 

Advanced registration is required via iCats.  Please be sure to select a session that will allow you to join on time, as late arrivals will not be allowed to attend the session. 

During the COVID 19 closure, all OPT meetings will be held via Microsoft Teams.  If you sign up, you will receive a Teams meeting request a day or two before the workshop.  It will contain a link you can use to join the meeting at the appropriate time.
