w adult learners” and how can faculty both best respond to their needs\, bu
t also leverage their experiences in the classrooms. Faculty and staff shar
e data on the new adult learner\, insight into adult learners at OHIO\, and
new scholarship on adult learning\, while adult learners themselves share
the types of instructional contexts and strategies that have supported thei
r success.\n\n \n\nLearning Outcomes \n\nFollowing this workshop\, particip
ants will be able to: \n\nDescribe the “new adult learner” and how they dif
fer from those of previous decades.Consider adult learners at OHIO and how
they reflect or do not reflect national trends.Hear from adult learners abo
