It is believed that some techniques of modern mixology stem from the world of magic. Skeptical? This class will talk about ancient potions and medicines of long ago and how perhaps they are ancestors of some of your favorite modern libations. Everyone will make two cocktails and we will talk about the components and the comparison to witchcraft. Every student will also receive a gift that will help you in cocktail creating at home.
