Office of Global Opportunities
The Office of Global Opportunities (OGO) contributes to the global mission of Ohio University by providing services and support for students looking to enhance their education with global experiences. OGO connects students to a wide-array of opportunities including study abroad, study away, working abroad, interning abroad, volunteering activities, and virtual experiences. In addition, OGO collaborates with the greater university community to advance global diversity on campus, to foster transformative intercultural experiences, and to promote the development of global leaders.
Office of Health Promotion
The Office of Health Promotion strives to create a safe and healthy campus environment where the OHIO community can flourish through an emphasis on self-empowerment, inclusive peer health education and evidence-based and trauma-informed practices.
Office of Sustainability
Ohio University's Office of Sustainability facilitates the implementation of the Ohio University Sustainability and Climate Action Plan by providing services and support to the campus community and ensures fulfillment of institutional commitments to environmental, social and economic well-being.
Office of the President
The President is the University's chief administrative officer and reports directly to the Board of Trustees. This website contains information about the President, major University initiatives and priorities, and how to contact the office or request time on the President's schedule.
Office of the Provost
The Executive Vice President and Provost reports to the president and has major responsibilities for academic programs, university budget planning, research and coordination of internal university matters with the vice presidents. In addition to the office's executive and support staff, all deans report to the EVPP.
OHIO Museum Complex
Bridging campus and community, connecting art with science, wellness, and the environment. Cultivating transdisciplinary connections to showcase Ohio University’s research, creative activity, and innovation.
Ohio University Police Department
The Ohio University Police Department is a full service police agency which derives its authority from the Ohio Revised Code Section 3345.04. OUPD is responsible for enforcement of criminal laws, all investigations occurring on campus, and issuing timely warnings of crimes that pose a threat to students and employees. Ohio University Police serve the campus 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Performing Arts & Concert Series
Renowned musicians, comedians, and performance artists from around the world take the Templeton-Blackburn Alumni Memorial Auditorium stage and perform throughout campus each year bringing culture and excitement to our region. The Performing Arts & Concert Series aim to deliver high caliber performances by national and international artists at an affordable rate to the campus and Athens communities throughout the academic year.
