Principles of dance notation.

Learning Outcomes:
- Demonstrate ability to perform basic reconstruction of dance movement from Labanotation scores.
- Demonstrate knowledge of elementary Labanotation syllabus through writing and translation of Labanotation symbols.
- Expose students to the principles of movement analysis/notation developed by Rudolf von Laban.
