JOUR 4870 - News and Information Capstone


The capstone course for News and Information track students, is a multimedia project-based experience. Students synthesize information gathering skills, critical thinking, writing and production skills, and research and theory knowledge as they produce a variety of multimedia stories and other content.

Requisites: 3 Courses from (JOUR 3140 or 3310 or 3330 or 3500 or 4300 or 4410J or 4790 or 4920 or 4921) and Sr only
Credit Hours: 3
