• Students will be able to connect their knowledge of English studies to the needs of Sigma Tau Delta.
• Students will be able to describe connections across the multiple subdisciplines of English as they relate to faculty and student event expectations.
• Students will be able to apply previous leadership experiences to the day-to-day running of a student organization.
• Students will be able to communicate with other students through emails, in-person meetings, and other media using formats that enhance their meaning and effectiveness.
• Students will be able to describe aspects of leadership appropriate for student organizations.
• Students will be able to reflect on their own leadership abilities and use their self-assessment to improve their work in a voluntary or student organization.
