Program Overview
The Supply Chain Management Certificate will provide business and non-business students at Ohio University the opportunity to demonstrate the comprehension of key supply chain theories and practices and the development of skills needed to participate in various supply chain career paths.

Opportunities Upon Graduation
Upon graduation, successful certificate graduates are qualified for various logistics and supply chain positions. In addition, the state of Ohio has always been a logistics hub given its geographic location, access to several major highway networks, and the establishment of many Fortune 1000 firms in the region.
Requirements
Certificate Hours Requirement
The Supply Chain Management Certificate requires a minimum of 15 hours.
Required Courses
Complete the following courses:
- MGT 3000 - Principles of Operations Credit Hours: 3

- MGT 3200 - Operations Management Credit Hours: 3
- MIS 2200 - Systems Analysis and Design Credit Hours: 3
- MKT 4040 - Logistics and Supply Chain Management Credit Hours: 3
Electives
Complete two courses for a minimum of six hours from the following:
- ETM 1100 - Introduction to Manufacturing Processes Credit Hours: 3
- ISE 4170 - Lean Manufacturing and Service Systems Credit Hours: 3
- ISE 4360 - Facility Planning and Design Credit Hours: 3
- ISE 4370 - Manufacturing Systems Credit Hours: 3
- ISE 4490 - Project Management Credit Hours: 2
- ISE 4900 - Special Topics Credit Hours: 1 - 4
- MGT 3250 - Project Management Credit Hours: 3
- MIS 3800 - Enterprise Systems Implementation Credit Hours: 3
