Program Overview
The online Customer Service Leadership major leads to a Bachelor of Applied Science degree. The program equips students with the skills required to serve clients in a variety of settings. Graduates with a degree in Customer Service Leadership can work in areas such as online customer service support, billing services, financial services, office management, healthcare administration, hospitality and retail industries. The courses are provided in an online format so that students can have flexibility to work towards their degree in a time frame that works for them.
*This program was previously BS6418 which awarded the Bachelor of Applied Human and Consumer Sciences. Pending Board of Trustees approval (anticipated June 2024), the new program code will be BS6419 and will award the Bachelor of Applied Science effective the 2024-25 catalog year.

Opportunities Upon Graduation
This degree can provide advancement opportunities in many different fields such as hospitality, retail, human services, law enforcement, utilities, nursing, health care administration, call centers and computer technology. Students have also used this degree as a stepping-stone into graduate programs.
