Learn how to access your voicemail from your office phone, a colleague's office phone, off-campus, and using WebInbox.

Solution
Voicemail allows telephone callers to leave a voice message when the owner is unavailable to answer the call.
From your office phone

Press the Messages button on the office phone.

Enter your Unity Connection PIN then press # (pound).

Follow the prompts to listen to and manage your messages.
From someone else’s office phone

Press the Messages button on the user's phone.

Press the * (star) key to identify yourself as an alternate user.

Enter your 10 digit extension number when prompted for your mailbox ID, then press # (pound).

Enter your Unity Connection PIN, then press # (pound).

Follow the prompts to listen to and manage your messages.
From an off-campus phone

Call the Ohio University phone number whose voice mailbox you want to access.

When the greeting begins to play, press the * (star) button.

When prompted, re-enter the Ohio University phone number whose voice mailbox you want to access.

Enter your Unity Connection PIN, then press # (pound).

Follow the prompts to listen to and manage your messages.
From the internet via WebInbox

You must be on-campus or connected to the VPN

Login to https://vmail.ohio.edu
with your OHIO ID and password

If you receive a "Cisco 403 - Forbidden" error, copy the vmail.ohio.edu link above and paste it directly into the address bar of your browser.
