Resolving printing and downloading issues with Blackboard Annotate

Description

You are having difficulty printing and downloading annotated documents using the Blackboard app.

Environment

Mac, PC, web browser

Solution 

  • You must use a web browser (Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox) to print or download annotated documents.

  • Annotations are not available on submissions within courses that have been restored from archive.
