Using the horizontal scrollbar in the Blackboard Original grade center

Description

The grade center horizontal scroll bar is not visible when working in Blackboard Original on a on a Mac. 

Environment

Mac

Solution 

  1. Click the Apple icon in upper left of display to open system menu 

  1. Select "System Preferences" 

  1. Choose the "General" section 

  1. For the "Show scroll bars" setting (about halfway down), activate radio corresponding to "Always" 

  1. Close System Preferences window 

  1. Reload browser window containing Grade Center 

Outcome:Upon reloading, the Grade Center's horizontal scroll bar will be visible, allowing full access to existing grade columns.
