Viewing other attendees' availability in EMS

Description

You are able to view the availability of other meeting attendees when reserving Flexspaces in the  EMS Web Portal .

Environment

Mac, PC, web browser

Solution 

  1. After logging into the  EMS Web Portal , select  Create A Reservation in the left menu

  2. Scroll down to  FlexSpace / Conference Rooms or  FlexSpace / Offices and select  book now

  3. Under Attendees , search an attendees' OHIO ID or name in the Find Attendeesearch box to compare their availability with yours. 

  4. Select the Availability Legendto better learn how to use this feature.

Note: These directions apply to  EMS Web Portal  Flexspace reservations only. To reserve event spaces on campus managed by Conference and Event Services, visit Event Service's  Reserve with Virtual EMS . You will need to register to gain access.

Outcome:You should now be able to view other attendees' availability.
