Improving upload speeds in OneDrive

Description

Files take longer than expected to upload to OneDrive.

Environment

Android, iOS, PC, Mac, web browser, off-campus

Solution 

1. Files will take longer to upload to OneDrive the larger they are.

2. When working with large files, use a high bandwidth connection like the Ohio University network whenever practical.

3. If you experience slow OneDrive uploads while on campus, please contact the IT Service Desk . 

Outcome: You should be able to upload files up to 15 GB into OneDrive.
