Description
Occasionally, PCs
connected to the campus VPN will fail to display the correct content of folders on the Network Attached Storage (NAS).
Environment
PC, Campus VPN connection
Solution
To fix this, ensure the Offline Files option has been disabled:

Navigate to the Control Panel

Select Sync Center

Select Manage offline files
-
Select Disable offline files
-
Restart your device.
Outcome: You should now be able to ensure your online files are disabled, which will correctly display the contents of NAS folders.
