Educate module overview for students

Didactic > educate > educate LMS

Didactic > educate > educate LMS > Sections

• Use the search bar to easily find sections.​

• ​Pin sections for easy access.​

• ​Use quick links within each section graphic to access the section feed, calendar, grades, and documents. ​

• ​View specific course feed content within each section by selecting the section.

• Select a section to view information pertaining to the specific section.​

• Use search bar in feed to easily find postings by key word or tag.​

• Use tabs across the section header to access the section feed, calendar, grades, and messages.​

• Upcoming due dates are listed on the right column.

Didactic > educate > educate LMS > Sections> Homeworks

• To submit homework, first select the post, then select View Homework. 
• Do not enter homework in the comments. 

• Once you have selected View Homework any documents attached will be located here.​

• To submit a homework, you can add verbiage to the content area and/or select Browse Files to upload a file from your computer. ​

• ​Select Submit Homework once complete. 

Didactic > educate > educate LMS > My Feed

• Use My Feed to view all feed content for all courses.​

• Use search bar and tagging feature to easily find content.​

• Use Sort by to sort feed by newest posts, oldest posts, latest due dates, earliest due dates.​

• Upcoming due dates are listed on the right column of feed.

Didactic > educate > educate LMS > My Grades

• Use My Grades to view grades within a selected course.​

• Grades are separated by category.

Didactic > educate > educate LMS > Calendar​

• Educate calendar allows for informational view of curriculum, assignments, and tests.​

• ​Use search to view individual section calendar.​

• ​Use calendar check boxes to view items only related to curriculum, assignments, or tests.​

• ​Curriculum calendar is still available under didactic > ecurriculum > curriculum calendar. 

Didactic > educate > educate LMS > Messages

• View all messages sent through educate.​

• Specific section messages can also be viewed within each section.
