    Solution 

    1. Download the  VMware Horizon Client from the  Google Play Store .

    2. When prompted during the installation, enter  mydesktop.ohio.edu as the Connection Server name.

    3. All other input fields can be left unchanged.

    Outcome: You are now able to access mydesktop.ohio.edu from your Android device
