Scheduling & Availability Polls: FindTime

Description

FindTime  provides meeting polls through Outlook that enable users to survey participants on preferred meeting times. 

Access

FindTime can be installed through catmail.ohio.edu or through the Outlook desktop app. See our Getting Started with FindTime  article for step-by-step instructions.

  • Full-time faculty

  • Full-time administrative staff

  • Full-time non-bargaining classified staff

  • Full-time OUPD staff

  • Current students

How to request access

  • No request necessary, requires existing access to Outlook.

  • Provides ease of scheduling meetings with others in Outlook by providing an easy to use meeting poll.
