  • Current full-time faculty, staff and students

How to request access

  • If this is your first time sending files with this tool, you must be provisioned for use. This is a one-time process. Please submit the  provisioning form . Provisioning takes approximately 24 hours. 

Features

  • 50MB maximum file size. 

  • No limit to the number of files.  

  • Files are encrypted and available to the recipient in the cloud for 30 days. 

Best Uses

  • Internal (OHIO) distribution of protected data. Can be used to share files with those outside the University.

  • The Collaboration Tools Advisory Community  is open to OHIO students, faculty, and staff who have an interest in collaboration tools including chat, remote meetings, intranets, and storage solutions.
