Electronic Forms: Microsoft Forms

Description

Electronic forms replace physical form copies that require manual work and processes. Using electronic forms, we can automate submission and approval processes in order to create efficiencies and maintain data integrity.

Access

Who can access

  • All OHIO users with access to  Microsoft 365  can use the base version of Microsoft Forms.

  • Faculty and staff who have budget authority and/or their delegate may request custom electronic forms and/or workflows for their unit.

How to request access

Features

  • Improve efficiency by replacing physical copies of forms with digital versions reducing manual work and processes

  • Forms are approved for use with sensitive data

  • The Digital Workflow Advisory Community is open to OHIO students, faculty, and staff who have an interest in automated workflows that replace manual business processes, electronic forms, document digitization, and digital document content management.
