Ryan Pigman

Dr. Pigman holds the BA in Psychology, the MEd in Special Education, and the PhD in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in Special Education, all from Ohio University. In addition to supervising undergraduate early field placements and teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in Special Education, Dr. Pigman is also the Intervention Specialists graduate programs coordinator. Dr. Pigman is interested in supporting pre-service and in-service teachers in their use of evidence-based practices to improve the outcomes for P-20 learners, equity and inclusion in education, and disrupting ableist systems and structures.
