Ohio University Board of Trustees to meet Oct. 18-19 in Athens

WHAT:

The Ohio University Board of Trustees meeting

WHEN:

Thursday, Oct. 18: Executive Committee meets at 7:30 a.m. in Walter Hall 125/127. Committee meetings will be held starting at 9:00 a.m. (or as soon as the Executive Committee adjourns) in Walter Hall 104.

Friday, Oct. 19 : Committee meetings will begin at 8 a.m. in Walter Hall 104, and the Main Board Meeting is scheduled to begin at 9 a.m. in Walter Hall 104.

WHERE:

The Board meetings will be held in Walter Hall located on Ohio University’s Athens Campus.  Please refer to the Board agenda for the location of individual meetings.

MEDIA  AVAIL:

Immediately following Friday’s (10/19) Board meeting in room 125/127 of Walter Hall (approximately 10:30 a.m.). If you would like to participate, but will not be on-site, you can call 1-866-390-1828, access code 4839439.

As you know, we cannot predict the exact running time of the Board meeting. If you call and the conference host has not signed in yet, please stay on the line. The media availability will begin as close to the scheduled time as possible.
