• A 6-week program that aims to teach participants how to safely utilize the weight room equipment in Ping and proper lifting technique when it comes to strength training.

• Session A will take place on Mondays from 5pm - 6pm (2/5 - 3/26), and Session B will take place on Wednesdays from 5pm - 6pm (2/7 - 3/28).
