Semester long community building weight lifting program for women.

The program is designed to create a positive & safe space for women to work out, train together, and work toward achieving their personal fitness goals!

Program participation requires active membership or day pass to the Ping Recreation Center.

Fall Semester Women & Weights Workout Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays from 5pm - 6pm
