• Semester long community building weight lifting program for women.

• The program is designed to create a positive & safe space for women to work out, train together, and work toward achieving their personal fitness goals!

• Program participation requires active membership or day pass to the Ping Recreation Center.

• Spring Semester Women & Weights Workout Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays from 5pm - 6pm

• Once registered, please email Tony Gregory at gregorya1@ohio.edu so that you can be added to the contact list for the program.
