Recharge, reflect, and reconnect! Join The Office of Health Promotion's Peer Well-Being Network on a Leadership & Wellness Retreat January 18th-19th. The Peer Well-Being Network will be hosting a leadership retreat at the beautiful Lavender Ranch in Pomeroy, OH. We will offer a rejuvenating blend of relaxation, community building, and personal development for members. Over two days, participants will engage in wellness activities like restorative and trauma-sensitive yoga, meditation, mindfulness hikes, and more - all designed to enhance self-awareness and personal well-being. Members will also have limited access to private wellness opportunities like reiki and massage. Members will be led in a variety of leadership trainings, self and group reflection activities, and will brainstorm ideas for bringing the Peer Well-Being Network to life this Spring. Food and transportation will be provided. There will be an overnight stay at Lavender Ranch in their cabins Saturday evening. Please note: cabins at Lavender Ranch are double bed cabins - you would most likely be staying overnight with a roommate. Please review cabin preferences in the custom prompts section. Thank you and we hope to see you there! If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to Taylor Bauer, Assistant Director of Peer Health Education and Empowerment at bauert@ohio.edu.
