Class Description: Pilates is a toning, body-weight-lifting workout. It engages muscles you wouldn't normally target—ones deep inside your body that squats, lunges and sit-ups don't reach. With high-reps and low-impact movements, Pilates challenges anyone looking to fine-tune their muscles. No previous experience required!
Must be a current member or purchase a day pass to Ping Recreation Center in order to register and attend group fitness classes.
Every Group Fitness class requires pre-registration. Registration for each Group Fitness class opens 23 hours in advance of the scheduled start time . You can reserve your spot by selecting 'Register' under the desired date/time below.
Plan to arrive 15 minutes ahead of class start to allow enough time for check-in
Pre-registered particiants MUST arrive ON-TIME or risk losing their spot to participants on the STANDBY list.
