Class Date & Time: Saturday April 1st at 11am in F45 Studio!

All moms will need to sign and fill out a Ping Center liability waiver before entering and be present with their student to be able to enter the facility

Participation in Moms Weekend F45 Training requires an F45 Membership

WELCOME TO OU F45!

F45 Training combines elements of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Circuit Training, and Functional Training. The fusion of these three training concepts has lead to the development of 27 different 45-minute workout experiences, with more in development! This combination of interval, cardiovascular and strength training has been proven to be the most effective workout method for burning fat and building lean muscle.

F45 Workouts: Split by Science

Please meet one of the F45 Coaches at the front of Ping to verify your registration and check both you and your mom into the class. Your mom will be granted access into the facility (FOR FREE), and will need to complete a hard-copy waiver upon arriving into the F45 Studio.

Please be sure to arrive at least 5 minutes before start time. No late arrivals will be permitted in class and doors will lock 5 minutes after class begins

Recommended to please bring your own water bottle and towel

Plan to arrive 15 minutes ahead of class start to allow enough time for check-in
