Spinyasa:
This 60-minute class of cycling and yoga will have you working up a sweat! Spinyasa is a fusion-fitness class that includes 30 minutes of cyling folllowed by 30 minutes of vinyasa yoga. Start off the class with a cardiovascular workout followed by poses and stretches to restore the body!
Class Date & Time:
9/28 @ 915am, 1030am, 12pm
IMPORTANT DETAILS:
Please be sure to arrive at least 5 minutes before start time. No late arrivals will be permitted in class and doors will lock 5 minutes after class begins
Recommended to please bring your own water bottle and towel
Must be a current member or purchase a day pass to Ping Recreation Center in order to register and attend group fitness classes.
Every Group Fitness class requires pre-registration. Registration for each Group Fitness class opens 24 hours in advance of the scheduled start time . You can reserve your spot by selecting 'Register' under the desired date/time below.
Plan to arrive 15 minutes ahead of class start to allow enough time for check-in
Pre-registered particiants MUST arrive ON-TIME or risk losing their spot to participants on the STANDBY list.
