Join Outdoor Pursuits as we backpack through Grayson Highlands State Park! Experience bald ridgelines, rhododendron groves, and sweeping views of the beautiful Appalachian Mountains. Participants should expect to hike ~6-8 miles each day while carrying a pack weighing 35-40 lbs. Trip price includes equipment, transportation, food, and instructors. Participants should expect to attend a pre-trip meeting two weeks before the trip’s launch date. Pre-trip meetings are mandatory and will cover pertinent trip information.
