Due to limited supply, all participants are encouraged to bring their own mat for Yoga classes

Modifications and intesifications are offered and encouraged in all classes making it accommodating to beginners and all other levels. Interpretations of each style will differ between instructors while keeping integrity to their specified difficulty level.

Yoga on Campus: Listed below we will be holding special Yoga classes around campus throughout the semester, starting October 21st all locations will permenantly move indoors. All other classes will be held in studio 219 in Ping recreation center.

- Monday: 8am at LLC 102/104

- Tuesday: 5pm at Jeff 160

- Thursday: 5pm at LLC 102/104l

- Friday: 8am at Jeff 160

IMPORTANT DETAILS:

Must be a current member or purchase a day pass to Ping Recreation Center in order to register and attend group fitness classes.

Every Group Fitness class requires pre-registration. Registration for each Group Fitness class opens 23 hours in advance of the scheduled start time . You can reserve your spot by selecting 'Register' under the desired date/time below.

Plan to arrive 15 minutes ahead of class start to allow enough time for check-in

Pre-registered particiants MUST arrive ON-TIME or risk losing their spot to participants on the STANDBY list.
