Class Description:
Boxing
This 45-minute class combines boxing techniques with fast-paced cardio. Improve your stamina, coordination, and flexibility, as you burn calories and build lean muscle. Throughout this workout, you’ll find a variety of movements such as kicks, punches, blocks and footwork make this empowering workout a fierce calorie burner!
Please be sure to arrive at least 5 minutes before start time. No late arrivals will be permitted in class and doors will lock 5 minutes after class begins
Recommended to please bring your own water bottle and towel
Must be a current member or purchase a day pass to Ping Recreation Center in order to register and attend group fitness classes.
Every Group Fitness class requires pre-registration. Registration for each Group Fitness class opens 23 hours in advance of the scheduled start time . You can reserve your spot by selecting 'Register' under the desired date/time below.
Plan to arrive 15 minutes ahead of class start to allow enough time for check-in
Pre-registered particiants MUST arrive ON-TIME or risk losing their spot to participants on the STANDBY list.
