Allison Fillmore is the Vice President and Executive Director of the TOUR Championship, the finale to the PGA TOUR, during which the 30 best players in the world will compete in Atlanta for the 22nd year at the iconic East Lake Golf Club. Fillmore leads the tournament’s efforts toward an enhanced fan experience while further cementing the can’t-miss event among Atlanta’s social scene and business landscape. The tournament has seen a 53% growth in attendance and revenue since 2017. Fillmore was recently recognized as the top 30 most influential sports figures in Atlanta by the Atlanta Business Chronicle. She was also recognized, for the second consecutive year, as one of Atlanta’s 500 Most Powerful Leaders by Atlanta Magazine.
Fillmore continually explores new interactive elements for the TOUR Championship to elevate the fan experience – from bringing together Atlanta’s most celebrated chefs, to introducing enhanced ticketing options and hospitality venues that capture a wide range of audiences. Since taking reins for the tournament in 2018, Fillmore has developed services that simplify day-to-day logistics, such as introducing mobile tickets and establishing partnerships with rideshare programs. She works alongside the event’s partners, Southern Company and Cola-Cola, and develops strong foundations for long-lasting relationships with business professionals in the community.
Fillmore brings a wealth of sports and entertainment experience to the TOUR Championship. Prior to this role, she served as Vice President of Sales for Atlanta Motor Speedway, Vice President of Ticket Sales and Services for the Atlanta Dream and the Ticket Sales Manager for the Atlanta Falcons. Driven by the desire to exceed goals and provide the best possible fan experience, she has personally hired and trained several staff members, sold out games, surpassed sales objectives and achieved excess growth within her departments over the years.
Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Fillmore attended Ohio University and received a Bachelor of Science in Sports Administration. Currently she is a board member of the Drew Charter School, First Tee of Metro Atlanta, Athletes for a Better World, WISE Atlanta and Ohio University’s College of Business. She is an active member of the East Lake community, where she resides with her husband, Scott, and two daughters, Taylor and Alexa.
