Connie Patterson

Dr. Connie Patterson holds the B.A. in Psychology from Ohio University and a M.S. in Rehabilitation Counseling with a specialization in Psychiatric Rehabilitation from the Illinois Institute of Technology. She holds the Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision from Ohio University.  Dr. Patterson has taught courses in Legal and Ethical Issues in Counseling, Appraisal, and Seminar in Education. Dr. Patterson currently serves as the Assistant Dean for Academic Engagement and Outreach. She oversees outreach activities within The Patton College locally, regionally, and internationally. She also facilitates opportunities for students and faculty to engage in advocacy initiatives including meeting with state and national legislators.
