Arquette is a registered and licensed dietitian with a board certification in Sports Dietetics. Arquette teaches Nutrition 1000, Sports Nutrition, Diabetes, and Nutrient Metabolism at Ohio University. In Athletics, she conducts one on ones with athletes, assisting them with performance nutrition needs and medical nutrition therapy in cases of illness or injury. Arquette also provides team talks and team activities such as grocery store tours, dining hall tours, Taste Tuesdays, and cooking/nutrition trivia nights.
Arquette earned a BS from Bowling Green State University and a MS in Exercise Physiology from Ohio University. She has a Diploma in Performance Nutrition from The Institute of Performance Nutrition. Arquette has been a registered and licensed dietitian since 2010 and a member of ASPDA (American Sports and Performance Dietitian's Association), American Academy of Dietetics and SHPN practice group since 2016.
Before joining Ohio University, Arquette worked at Fairfield Medical Center as an inpatient dietitian and worked in contract roles with athletes of all ages on the side.
Arquette is an avid endurance athlete; she has completed a full Ironman and run the Boston Marathon 8 times.
