University Libraries’ Finals By Alden celebration returns in-person to the Libraries this year and will last from April 18, 2022, through the end of the semester. As the OHIO community buckles down to work on group projects, write papers and study throughout the week, the Libraries are prepared to help students relieve stress and ace their tests.
Stop by Alden Library and the Music & Dance Library at different times throughout the last two weeks of the semester to visit with therapy dogs, get creative making buttons, stretch out in an evening yoga session or visit with the Athens County 4H PetPALs.
For a full calendar of events and list of activities, visit the Libraries’ Finals By Alden Libguide .
Also available in the Libguide are a variety of online resources. The Study Help section offers resources such as online tutoring, and the Self Care section provides links to guided mediations, quick yoga tutorials and relaxing ASMR videos. There are even all sorts of study playlists to help you focus or clear your mind!
The Libraries will continue to offer academic resources for students during this time, such as on-demand research help from staff and librarians and additional resources through the Academic Achievement Center and the Allen Advising Center. These resources are also available for students on regional campuses.
