Nora Sullivan
After living and working in Columbus for 20 years after college, Nora enrolled in Hocking College’s Ecotourism and Adventure Travel Program. There she discovered a passion for conservation, and spent two years doing Acid Mine Drainage watershed work as an AmeriCorps Member with Monday Creek Restoration Project. Desiring to continue work in water quality, Nora earned Master’s Degrees in Communications and Development (’15) and Environmental Studies (’16) from Ohio University. She is happy to contribute to environmental projects as an Environmental Specialist in the Voinovich School Energy and Environment program. She is a member of Raccoon Creek Partnership, and the Hocking River Commission. Nora believes that both people and the environment must be doing well to achieve optimal health in society.
