Age Range: 13 years to 99 years
Live on Zoom. Virtual Membership required. This 60 minute class offers a cardiovascular workout combined with bodyweight strength training. Each class will include a short warm up, 30 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of strength and a short cool down. When possible, modifications and progressions will be made available to allow you to get the most out of the class. Minimal to no equipment is needed. Music will not be provided, so have your own favorite playlist ready to keep you motivated. All fitness levels are encouraged to participate in this class.
