Yoga, meditation, and breathing exercises can be powerful tools for helping with pain. During this 4-week course, we'll learn various exercises and how they can help with chronic pain and ailments such as arthritis. We'll utilize props that support the body and use breath work as a way of helping to manage chronic pain.
